The approach of
JE Mediations
Step 1 Introductions
A no-obligation introductory meeting (online or by phone) with both parties individually. During the meeting, we'll discuss your situation, what you can expect and provide an estimate of the duration and costs.
Step 2 Getting Started
The conversations preferably take place in person. This can be at Judy's office or another neutral location.
At the start, the mediation agreement is signed to ensure confidentiality.
The meetings typically last between one and a half and two hours. We investigate how the problem arose and what interests and concerns are involved. From there, we work towards potential solutions until concrete agreements are reached.
Step 3 Finish
The agreements are clearly documented. This can be in a formal settlement agreement or in another format that suits you and your situation.
"A clear and targeted approach, so that all parties quickly have clarity and can move forward."
